Freedom Lecture Laila Frank

On Wednesday 8 April, journalist and US expert Laila Frank will deliver a Freedom Lecture at Middelburg Town Hall.

In her Freedom Lecture, Laila Frank will show how American citizens are strengthening democracy in their country, against the tide of the times, and what lessons the Dutch can learn from this.

The Freedom Lectures provide a platform for freedom, with inspiring programmes for young and old. This is particularly important in a world where the value of freedom is under pressure. The Freedom Lectures can be attended throughout the country: at festivals, in theatres, in schools and in libraries.

The lecture begins at 7.30 pm, with doors opening at 7.00 pm. Admission to the lecture is free. However, due to limited seating, visitors must register in advance.
